Our Process

We work closely with our clients to understand their vision and design preferences. We then create detailed 3D models of the proposed project to ensure that every detail is perfect before beginning the construction process. We keep our clients informed throughout the entire process to ensure their complete satisfaction. Custom laser engraving work is all created right outside of Milford, Nebraska.

  • 1993 - Les Schweitzer began Schweitzer Custom Woodworking on his rural acreage garage - building cabinetry. As time progressed he added additional employees to build custom homes in Seward County. His wife, Wilma helped in the finish shop. An additional shop was added to accommodate the work load and custom cabinetry
  • 2004 - Les added a laser engraving machine and CNC router to his business and included his daughter, Ashley & son-in-law Aaron in the production of cabinets and laser engraved gifts.
  • Today- Schweitzer Customs continues to provide high quality cabinetry, CNC carving and laser engraving
